What’s your typical process from quote to completion?
We start with an on-site assessment, then provide a detailed quote and schedule. For many projects, we also supply a project guide before work and a care guide after completion.
How far ahead are you usually booked?
Availability varies; we’ll confirm lead times on first contact (often several weeks depending on the job).
If I’m doing a new slab, when should polishing start?
In general, the ideal timing is after framing and before skirting, cabinetry or final painting, with clear, uninterrupted access and no other trades in the same area. For clients wanting full stone exposure, we complete a green cut early in the build - typically 14 to 28 days after the concrete pour. This sets the foundation for the final finish and ensures the exposure is consistent across the entire floor.
